A ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.....

Having all my fabric up on my old/new shelves in my sewing room closet makes such a difference in being more productive. I apparently purchased this beautiful fabric specifically for backing of my quilts.Backingfabric I loved the soft hand and soft print. No wonder I purchased over 10 yards of it.

Good thinking on my part! LOL

So it is worthwhile cleaning up. Hmmm... Love the butterfly quilt. I made one with butterflies a couple of years ago but I think the pattern was a bit different.

The butterfly quilt is really cute and I'm sure your daughter will love it.
I like the big board, I'll have to try and make one, it would sure make it easier to iron a quilt backing.

Your daughters quilt is very bright and so cute. It's going to be her favorite! Your backing fabric is pretty. The big board for ironing is soooo nice. We made one and I use it to iron and for extra table space when I need it.

Oh I love your butterfly quilt, that was my very first quilt I ever made. I made it in 1994.
Enjoy it.

What a cute butterfly quilt. I plan to make one of those just for the heck of it since I have no daughters nor grandaughters. I like what you did to the ironing board. I would do that but don't have enough room for one that big. Will love to see the finished butterfly quilt.
