Bad news is that I will not have as much time to play in my sewing room. I have not even had a chance to do more than iron the backing fabric for the butterfly quilt.
This holiday weekend has been packed with activities with the family and starting this new job. I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe labor day.

Congrats on the job. Its nice to have money to support our "habit".
I was so tired of my job I didn't work this year and now I can't buy as much of what I want but at least I have time to finish my UFO's. I missed being home. When I was working I didn't even quilt because I was so tired.

Congratulations on the new job ... but I have to ask, will you have anything left in your paycheque after shopping there? I know if I worked in a fabric store, I'd probably owe them money rather than them owing me! LOL
Beware! You may leave your whole pay check at the store you work at!
